A few more things. I take the sleeves and sand them down so only the portion running with the lugs is at the .704 diameter. The rest of the sleeve will be the same diameter as the bolt body. This way they cam into place when locked up, but when unlocked, the bolt can be cycled much smoother. Also, even though my machining is precise, typically I will have to lap the lugs slightly to get the 100% contact I desire. At last, my factory action has now been blueprinted and accurized, the basis for any accurate rifle.
