After everything has been painted and cured, the barreled action has to unfortunately leave the shop and head over to the boys at Wisconsin Engraving. They do beautiful work. These pictures show me getting organized, laying out where I want the engraving placed and marking it for the engraver. I don’t have a scientific method for doing this, it’s eye-balled and placed where I envision it will look the best. My rifles are truly one-of-a-kinds, the creativity and experimentation are what keeps things enjoyable.
