Soltis Rifles was started in 2004 by Jerome Soltis, a life-long shooter, hunter, retired US Army Paratrooper, and accredited gunsmith. Originally a part-time pursuit that began in his garage, Soltis Rifles has grown into a full-time retail and gunsmithing shop located in beautiful Evansville, Wisconsin (half way between Madison and Janesville).
Our core business was founded as and continues to be custom bolt-action rifle building. Currently, we offer many more services, but our philosophy on everything we do hasn’t changed. Relationships, trust, and quality is what matters to us. We’re a small, family-owned business; we pride ourselves on customer service, craftsmanship, precision, and doing the right thing. Excellence is literally what we’re shooting for.
